The Pitney Bowes Smartmailer system combines a state-of-the-art software package with a tremendously capable inkjet address printer to get your mailings done in record time. The Smartmailer software compares your mailing database to the most current U.S. Postal database, and eliminates any duplications and errors, so that you don't waste any money on postage for bad addresses. It also allows us to offer steeply discounted postage rates, as we are doing the pre-sorting and barcoding for the post office. We can even add a personalized message for you right on the envelope, to increase the response rate you get from your mailing.
